Fina's Grillo Kebrilla is one of the most representative wines of the winery for the historicity of the vine, an aspect which the Fina family holds dear, and for its ability to olfactorily photograph its area of origin: Marsala, a paradise enclosed between the Egadi Islands and the Stagnone Reserve (on whose natural reserve the company has a privileged window) with the island of Mothia in the centre. The vineyards extend from 150 to 450 meters above sea level, part of which almost touches the sea. The harvest takes place at the end of August; the fermentation takes place 80% in steel, 20% in barrique. Partly in concrete, partly still in barrique, a brief refinement takes place, followed by a further 3 months in the bottle.
GRILLO KEBRILLA FINA: TASTING
Fina's Grillo Sicilia Kebrilla has a beautiful straw color; on the nose it is intense and happily territorial: saltiness, sage, tomato leaf, citrus hints of lemon and grapefruit, white peach and honey. In the mouth it is rich in flavor and in line with the rich aromatic profile, fresh and long. Delicious with sage and fried anchovies, or with spaghetti with anchovies and tomato, or simply with a good mozzarella seasoned with Sicilian oil.
