The Prosecco Master C27 Extra Dry Millesimato is part of the Master C27 line that Casa Sant'Orsola dedicates to haute cuisine and high-level hospitality in general. Bubbles of different traditions for every moment of sharing. For Casa Sant'Orsola the raw material always has centrality: as regards Piedmont, where the production plants are based, the supply chain is short and controlled directly by the team of internal agronomists. Over 1200 families of farmers located throughout the lower Piedmont cultivate their own grapes with love and dedication and with the support of the company to entrust them, after the harvest, to the expert hands of the company's oenologists. For wines from other Italian regions the company operates through a different model and takes advantage of long-standing relationships with the main cooperatives present in the area. This bubble is vinified with cutting-edge oenological technology and made into sparkling wine using the Martinotti method.
PROSECCO MASTER C27 EXTRA DRY MILLESIMATO SANT'ORSOLA: THE TASTING
The Prosecco Master C27 Extra Dry Millesimato is bright straw yellow with a rich and persistent perlage. The olfactory baggage is fragrant, with floral hints of acacia and wisteria, fruity notes of peach and apple, accompanied by a trail of lemon. In the mouth it has a balance between freshness and residual sugar, pleasant flavor and citrus persistence. Perfect with fried food by the sea.
