The Martini Prosecco Special Collection Premium is produced with the best Glera grapes from the best vineyards in the Prosecco DOC region. The beautiful inlaid vintage bottle is made further elegant by the retro label and the golden capsule cover, as well as by the beautiful decorated packaging. The grapes are vinified according to the traditional Martinotti method, with slow second fermentation in an autoclave.
PROSECCO MARTINI PREMIUM SPECIAL COLLECTION: TASTING
The Martini Prosecco Collezione speciali Premium appears in the glass in a very bright straw yellow with dense, fine bubbles. On the nose it offers a precious and fresh bouquet with rose, white pepper, mint, pineapple and mandarin, and then opens again with hints of banana, sage, dandelion flower and light mineral tones. When tasted, it is creamy and has a long fruity finish, with fresh notes of mandarin. A perfect aperitif in form and substance, it is excellent with dishes reminiscent of the Eighties, such as roast beef blinis, mayonnaise and asparagus tips, or voulevants with prawns and pink sauce.
