Regaleali Nero d'Avola by Tasca d'Almerita comes from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes grown on the company estate of the same name. The harvest was carried out with a yield of 80 quintals per hectare. The winemaking process included an alcoholic fermentation phase in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 26-28°C lasting 10 days. The refinement took place 50% in steel and the remaining 50% in 30 and 60 hectoliter Slavonian oak barrels for a period of 10 months.

Regaleali Nero d'Avola by Tasca d'Amerita presents an intense ruby red color. On the nose it offers aromas of berries that meet hints of coffee powder and violets and notes of dark spices. The taste is soft and balanced. supported by smooth tannins and a pleasant fruity and spicy taste. At the table it pairs well with cured meats and semi-mature cheeses as well as tasty first and second courses based on red meat.
