How does the air fryer work?
The air fryer cooks thanks to the high-temperature air, adjustable up to 230°C, which circulates at maximum speed and at 360° inside the cooking chamber and guarantees uniform heat distribution inside it. It is precisely the hot air that allows for even cooking of the food and the formation of a crispy crust on the outside, which has nothing to envy of traditional frying. Thanks to the hot air, there will be no need to add a lot of oil to obtain tasty fried food, because a simple spoonful will be enough, in this way you will bring lighter but tasty foods to the table for the whole family. You can use the accessories supplied: 3 perforated stainless steel baskets to separate the food and cook at the same time, rotating basket for uniform cooking and rotisserie to cook the chicken.
