Vinification: in white reduction, cold static decantation of the must, maturation of 5 months in stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Pairings: Intended for hot appetizers, first courses or elaborate fish. Served at 10-12°C.
PASSERINA IGT 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
From the Passerina grape variety, a lot of sympathy for an easy, fresh, acidic but balanced wine.
Grape varieties: Passerina 100%
Vinification: in reduction with carbon snow, in thermoconditioned white after soft pressing under vacuum and cleaning of the must with flotation.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Pairings: At the table with all the fish dishes, first courses, white meats, aperitifs.
PECORINO IGP 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
The wine has a medium intense straw color. The nose reveals pleasant notes of citrus, honey and yellow peach and sometimes a characteristic hint of “beer”. The taste is a wine of body and structure, balanced by a good acidity that refreshes the palate. The balance between flavor and scent closes long and persistent.

Cantine Belisario, founded in 1971, is now an agricultural company with 300 hectares of vineyards and a winery with a capacity of 30,000 Hl. It is the largest producer of a typical white wine from the Marche region: Verdicchio di Matelica DOC. All vineyards are close to the winery, at a maximum distance of 10 minutes, and are all located in the Alta Valle Esina.
