Charmat Lungo di Verdicchio in purity. Second fermentation to brut or extra brut. Fine bubble because over 8 months on the yeasts at -3°C, sparkling wine in the methods, Verdicchio in the methods
Grape varieties: Verdicchio 100%
Vinification: in reduction with carbonic snow in thermo-conditioned white after cold static decantation and soft pressing under vacuum.
Aging: 2 months in stainless steel tanks
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.
Pairings: Youthful, highly drinkable but capable of supporting from trendy aperitifs to any fish meal or any elaborate but white food

Since 1988, a wine-character that is the symbol of our style of being wine. Harvested by hand, cryomacerated, over a year of maturation and months of refinement in the bottle.
Grape varieties: Verdicchio 100%
Vinification: cryomaceration at approx. 0°C. for 4 hours, 95% maturation for 12 months in stainless steel tanks + 5% for 12 months in 225 liter barriques
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Pairings: Fish and white meats, mature cheeses, hedonistic friends.
ROSASENZASPINE MARCHE ROSATO IGT - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Rose petal pink rosé from Sangiovese grapes vinified in white. Pleasantly suitable for any situation of food and wine hedonism. Young but still mature, without sensory edges but always savory and citrusy.
Grape varieties: Sangiovese, Cabernet, Merlot
Vinification: with maceration for 15 days, fermentation for 2 months in stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol content: 12% Vol.

Cantine Belisario, founded in 1971, is now an agricultural company with 300 hectares of vineyards and a winery with a capacity of 30,000 Hl. It is the largest producer of a typical white wine from the Marche region: Verdicchio di Matelica DOC. All vineyards are close to the winery, at a maximum distance of 10 minutes, and are all located in the Alta Valle Esina.
