Started in 1950 with 2 hectares of land, Henri Bourgeois has set up a 65-hectare vineyard in the hills of Sancerre and Pouilly Fumé. United by a common passion for vineyard and wine, father and children carry on a tradition based on respect for the territory and on consolidated cultivation and winemaking methods combined with new techniques such as plot selection and gravity exploitation. In constant search for perfection, the company follows every stage of winemaking with extreme care, from aging on the yeasts to bottling, to ensure the quality that distinguishes.
