RIESLING TRENTINO DOC 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
The Riesling grape, originally from the Rhine Valley, has been grown for decades in the vineyards of the Cembra Valley. On the sloping lands facing south, the grapes, illuminated by the sun, synthesize aromas that the significant temperature variations of the alpine valleys preserve. The Riesling La Vis has a straw-yellow color tending towards greenish and a delicate fragrance with characteristic aromas of candied fruit and carob. With a savory, fruity, and pleasantly acidic taste, it expresses its characteristics best after a few months of aging in the bottle.
GEWURZTRAMINER TRENTINO DOC 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Gewürztraminer is an aromatic grape variety of Alsatian origin, grown for many years in some microzones of the Pressano hills, where the clay-rich soils meet the nutritional needs of the grape. This Gewürztraminer, with a strong aroma, structured and full-bodied, presents itself with a rather deep golden yellow color, with a floral and spicy fragrance of cloves and nutmeg. In the mouth, the full and consistent body envelops the entire palate.
PINOT GRIGIO BIO TRENTINO DOC 2021 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
The Pinot Grigio has been grown in Trentino for decades. In the hilly and valley vineyards - now converted to organic viticulture - of Lavis and Gardolo, on the sandy-loam soils formed by the deposits of the Avisio stream and the alluvial sediments of the Adige river, Pinot Grigio finds the ideal substrate. Organoleptically, the wine presents itself with an intense golden yellow color, with a warm and inviting aroma, rich in ripe fruit and honey. On the palate, the rich minerality stands out, with a long and fruity aftertaste.
