51% dried, dehulled steamed legumes (chickpeas, white beans, yellow lentils, yellow peas, black beans), dried, steamed cereals (yellow corn, white corn, sorghum, buckwheat, millet), whole sea salt, onion powder, carrot powder, diced carrot, sun-dried tomato, sliced onion, spinach flour, kale powder, black pepper powder, turmeric, spirulina. GLUTEN FREE.

Instructions for use
FOR 1 KG OF VEGETABLE RAGOUT
INGREDIENTS TO ADD TO 80g OF VEG RAGÙ MIX:
- 600g tomato sauce
- 240g of water (depending on the density of the sauce)
In a saucepan add all the ingredients, cover and cook over low heat for at least 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and let rest for 1 minute.
