Strong and generous grappa, but refined like the warrior prince from whom it takes its name. Slightly aromatic and soft, complex and ethereal. A perfect ending for a great meal.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.5 lt Production area: Vineyards owned by the Marquisate of Aleramici, in the south-east area of the Municipality of Montalcino. Grapes used: Brunello di Montalcino. The pomace, fermented after the “racking”, is transferred to the distillery preserving the aromatic substances. Production technique: It is a grappa distilled from Brunello pomace, obtained from the grapes harvested in the “Il Galampio” farm. These pomace, subjected to a long maceration, are rich in alcohol and fragrances. The quality of the raw material, combined with the very accurate method of traditional processing, give the product characteristics unique. Alcohol content: 42% Vol.
