The Franciacorta Saten Millesimato Brigantia by Le Marchesine is an elegant Chardonnay-based sparkling wine. In the vineyard, the harvest was carried out manually in boxes of maximum 18 kg. In the cellar, the whole bunches were prepared for soft pressing for the white vinification of the must. The alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Following bottling, the tirage syrup was added (containing in this case a maximum sugar quantity of 18 grams/litre) thanks to which the sparkling process was started. Before disgorgement, the Franciacorta Saten Brut Millesimato 2018 Brigantia by Le Marchesine rested for approximately 36 months on the yeasts.
FRANCIACORTA SATEN BRIGANTIA LE MARCHESINE: TASTING
Franciacorta Saten Millesimato by Le Marchesine has a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of ripe yellow pulp fruit, white wild flowers and almond milk which chase chalky and citrus scents together with notes of white pepper and pastry. The sip is fresh and enveloping, silky and mineral. Long fruity and floral finish. Unbeatable in combination with a triumph of raw seafood.
