Grape varieties: Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot
Harvesting: after a careful selection of the grapes, the harvest takes place manually between the end of September and mid-October.
Fermentation: In steel tanks at controlled temperature, with indigenous yeast.
Maceration: Cold with dry ice for 6-7 days.
Aging: French oak barrels for 18 months, 35% new wood.

Between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, in the heart of Tuscany, 400 meters above the level of the sea, Tenuta Sette Cieli. The estate covers 80 hectares of land, 10 of which are vineyards. Terraces with dry walls, divide the varieties grown on the estate: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec, planted with high density on a land suitable for the cultivation of vine. The estate overlooks the “Bolgheri Amphitheatre”, a landscape of soft hills that gently degrade, embrace the sea, creating a microclimate of character, mild and temperate.
