Argiolas' Vermentino Is Argiolas has been one of the most representative labels of the island territory for years. It was born in the Tenuta Vigne Vecchie, which extends for approximately 40 hectares on the hills near the municipality of Selegas. The vineyards are located on a limestone and marly relief, which has both deep brown soils and soils with a strong limestone content, very suitable for white grape varieties. The grapes are vinified and aged mostly in steel, but a small portion ferments and matures in French oak barriques.
