Giulio and Vincenzo Bonfissuto continue to assert their talent and passion for great Sicilian pastry.Their journey and the development of their gastronomic project have roots that are not too "ancient" given their young age, but they exude all the millennial tradition that the art of Sicilian pastry brings and that seems to be genetically innate in those, like the Bonfissuto brothers, who leverage years of experience in the catering and restaurant world. The mix of youthful enthusiasm and technical rigor leads to the development of recipes and creations that reinterpret the heritage of Sicilian pastry without "offending" it, as well as some typical baked desserts from the "Italian" tradition such as Panettone and Colomba.
