Fortified wine made by blending 1/3 of Vieux Marc (grappa) aged 7 years in barrels, 1/3 of Chardonnay juice, and 1/3 of unfermented Savagnin. The whole is aged for 3 years in wood. It has aromas of ripe pear, plum, fig, angelica, walnut, and raisins.

In the mouth, the alcohol is sovereign, rightly accompanied by freshness, in the very long finish we still perceive plum and fig, amazing.Pairings: a perfect wine to end a lunch or dinner, impressing guests with something unique.
