The fish we processed and packaged comes from the pristine sea. In addition, a seasoning of at least 45 days is carried out in order to give it the highest organoleptic qualities.
Package: 5 kg plastic pot Ingredients: anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus), salt, brine (salt saturated water).Storage: Keep in a cool place. After opening keep in the fridge with salt and water. Shelf life: 24 months from the date of production Fishing area: ZONA FAO 37 - ZONA FAO 27 Fishing method: caught with purse and harvesting nets.
