The Falanghina del Sannio Serrocielo by Feudi di San Gregorio is made from 100% Falanghina grapes grown in volcanic soils from the company's most suitable vineyards for the production of this white wine with a fresh and authentic character. During vinification, the alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. The aging occurred also in stainless steel, for a period of 5-6 months, in contact with the yeasts. This production choice has allowed the wine to enrich itself in terms of body, aromas, and extracted substances.

The Falanghina del Sannio Serrocielo by Feudi di San Gregorio presents itself with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, it expresses aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit intertwined with notes of spring white flowers and subtle citrus hints. On the palate, it reveals a vibrant freshness and a clear minerality that lingers in the finish. At the table, it pairs well with fresh cheeses and vegetarian dishes, as well as delicious seafood recipes based on white fish and shellfish.
