Marzemino is an autochthonous Trentino red grape variety. A bright ruby red wine with purple hues, Marzemino La Vis has a complex aroma, characterized by hints of berries, in harmony with delicate violet fragrances. The good gustatory concentration makes this wine particularly balanced and of great shelf life.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Grape variety: Marzemino Production area: Rovereto and Mori Exposure and altitude: south-east, south-west; 240 m a.s.l. sandy from alluvial sediments Training method: guyot and simple Trentino pergola Planting density: 5,000 vines/ha Vinification: manual harvesting in the first ten days of October, fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, malolactic fermentation in vitrified reinforced concrete tanks, aging on lysis for about 5/6 months in part in cement tanks partly vitrified reinforced in second passage barriques.
