Delivery and Returns

Quintarelli's Bianco Secco Veneto is mainly made from Garganega grapes with the addition of Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Trebbiano grown on calcareous and basaltic soils. The winemaking included a short maceration on the skins for 12 hours at low temperature and an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. The work in the vineyard was carried out without the use of chemical fertilizers. The refinement took place for a few months in stainless steel and glass in contact with the fine lees.
DRY WHITE VENETO QUINTARELLI: TASTING
Quintarelli's Bianco Secco has an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose it releases aromas of apricot and ripe yellow fruits that meet hints of white flowers and notes of aromatic herbs and flint. The taste is fresh and full-bodied, enhanced by a strong minerality and a long fruity and herbaceous finish. At the table it goes well with tasty vegetarian dishes as well as delicious first and second seafood courses based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
The Quintarelli Giuseppe Winery is located in Cerè di Negrar, on Mount Cà Paletta, on East side of the Negrar valley. The vineyard breeding system is, in the old plants, in Pergola Veronese and, in the new ones, in Guyot. Two characteristics accompany the wines produced by the company: a natural predisposition to very long aging, which leads to improvement of the product even over twenty years, and a surprising liveliness , which are expressed for a long time after opening the bottle.
Estimated between Tuesday 20 May and Monday 26 May.
