Tommasi's Amarone Riserva Ca' Florian is produced from the vineyard of the same name, in the municipality of San Pietro In Cariano, from 75% Corvina Veronese, 15% Corvinone and 10% Rondinella. The harvest and selection of the grapes take place manually. The grapes then undergo the traditional natural drying in the large and airy fruit room. Fermentation takes place slowly in wooden vats for 30 days. The refinement lasts for 4 years, the first of which in 500 liter tonneaux and the following 3 in large Slavonian oak barrels. Cà Florian then rests in the bottle for at least a year before being released on the market.

Tommasi's Amarone Riserva Ca' Florian has a garnet red color with deep and intense ruby reflections. The nose is full of hints of dark fruit: plums, cherries, blackberries, with refreshing hints of red fruit and liquorice, and hints of bitter cocoa. In the mouth it is broad, enveloping and fragrant.
