During processing at the factory it may happen that some of these large fillets can break. In Spanish they call them Trozos, pieces of anchovies. Packaged in glass jars, always in the precious medium fruity olive oil Galantino, they can be used to make dishes and sauces based on anchovies and stored in the fridge for use next.

Ingredients: Anchovies of the Cantabrian Sea, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Anchovies of Cantàbrico: The anchovies of Cantabrian are much more fleshy and tasty, as the icy water of the sea in which they live, leads them to move continuously and never stand still. The quality of these fillets is also determined by the size. The larger the fillets, the more accurate the spinning can be. This meticulous process makes the processing more elaborate and this differentiates and makes Cantabrian anchovies exclusive compared to ours.
Shelf life: 12 months. Once the product is opened, consume in a maximum of 3 days.
