Coconut sugar is a sweetener with an intense fruity flavor, with barely noticeable coconut notes. The aftertaste is mostly reminiscent of caramel. This means that it does not alter the preparations in which it is added (coffee, tea, herbal teas, creams, desserts, cakes, fillings, biscuits, etc.) and can be used in the same quantities and ways as granulated sugar.
