Instructions for use
Toast the raw pasta in a pan with a spoonful of oil, gradually add water until cooked, covering and stirring occasionally. You can add herbs, spices, coarsely chopped vegetables and other condiments to taste.
Season with salt and pepper.
Turn off the heat and stir in a spoonful of oil. You can also cook it like normal pasta for 5' in boiling salted water.

Instructions for use
FOR 1 KG OF VEGETABLE RAGOUT
INGREDIENTS TO ADD TO 80g OF VEG RAGÙ MIX:
- 600g tomato sauce
- 240g of water (depending on the density of the sauce)
In a saucepan add all the ingredients, cover and cook over low heat for at least 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off, add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and let rest for 1 minute.
