These anchovies are the result of the union of two gastronomic excellences of Spain and Italy.
Anchovies from Cantàbrico, from the city of Santoña, are the best in the world.
We were able to enhance them with the award-winning extra virgin olive oil from Frantoio Galantino. This fruity, intense and worked exclusively cold oil, gives softness and roundness, making the organoleptic characteristics unique, exclusive and with a very low percentage of salt.

Ingredients: Cantabrian Sea anchovies, extra virgin olive oil, salt.
Cantàbrico anchovies: Cantabrian anchovies are much fleshier and tastier, as the icy water of the sea in which they live, leads them to move continuously and never stay stationary. The quality of these fillets is also determined by the size. The larger the fillets, the more accurate the spining can be. This meticulous process makes the processing more elaborate and this differentiates and makes Cantabrian anchovies exclusive compared to ours.
Shelf life: 12 months. Once the product is opened, consume it in a maximum of 3 days.
