Ca' del Bosco's production philosophy is based on a rigorous attention to quality, starting from hand harvesting to vinification, which takes place in the absence of oxygen to preserve the aromatic integrity of the grapes. Fermentation occurs in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by a long aging on the lees for at least 25 months, imparting complexity and finesse to the wine. The Extra Brut dosage enhances the purity and freshness of the perlage, making it an elegant and versatile Franciacorta, perfect for any occasion.
