The incredibly soft naturally leavened dough of Fiasconaro enriched with two types of chocolate, one milk and one dark made with single-origin cocoa beans, also enriched with orange paste, without glaze and with a cross-cut.

Ingredients: Soft wheat flour, butter, sugar, fresh eggs from free-range hens (10%), extra dark chocolate (9%) (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), fine milk chocolate (9%) (sugar, cocoa mass, (cacao beans), milk powder, cocoa butter, vanilla extract), egg yolk from fresh eggs of free-range hens (5%), natural yeast (soft wheat flour), Sicilian honey, orange paste (orange peel, sugar, glucose syrup, lemon juice), inverted sugar syrup, hazelnut paste, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids; cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, vanilla.
