Mion's Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Oé takes its name from the gondolier's expression to warn of his arrival in the canals of Venice. Mion is a project by Venetians from the historic center with a great passion for bubbles, who enthusiastically began producing Prosecco in Valdobbiadene in 1987. The most modern technologies are used for vinification and sparkling wine production, applied to the now traditional Martinotti method.
PROSECCO SUPERIORE EXTRA DRY OÉ MION: THE TASTING
The Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry Oé by Mion presents itself in the glass with a brilliant straw yellow animated by a dense perlage. On the nose it begins with fragrances of white wisteria, jasmine, apple, pear, grapefruit, with hints of sage and chalk. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, slightly mineral and with tickling bubbles. Excellent aperitif, it lends itself to accompanying both vegetarian dishes and fish or even land appetizers; to give some examples: fried artichokes, creamed cod and Venetian sopressa sandwich, mushrooms and Asiago.
