Jiulius Rosato Cesanese di Lungarella is obtained from 100% Cesanese grapes grown in the Poli area, in the province of Rome. The reference vineyards are located on tufaceous soils, at an altitude of approximately 400 meters above sea level. In the cellar, the bunches were subjected to destemming and crushing to obtain the must. The alcoholic fermentation took place cold in the absence of pomace. The refinement lasted 6 months in stainless steel.
JULIUS ROSATO CESANESE LUNGARELLA: TASTING
Jiulius Rosato Cesanese by Tenuta Lungarella presents a brilliant pale pink color. Clear aromas of cherry and berries emerge on the nose, intertwined with floral hints of rose and geranium and delicate notes of aromatic herbs. The taste is soft and lively, slightly tannic and with a pleasant mineral freshness. At the table it can be fully enjoyed with cured meats and cheeses as well as with delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
