In the production process, thanks to an innovative device, the atmospheric pressure is lowered to 15 mbar. Hofstatter is a historic brand from South Tyrol, an excellence, managed by Martin Foradori, heir to an ancient family of winemakers in the area who had excellent vineyards on the eastern side of the Val d'Adige.
