COLVENTO - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. The perlage is numerous, fine and persistent. Delicate scent, with hints reminiscent of yellow flowers and fruity notes of almonds and peach. Dry, soft and well-balanced taste, fresh and delicate flavor.
Grape varieties: Vermentino di Sardegna DOC
Fermentation: after a soft pressing the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at 16-18 °C.
Aging: 10 months of aging on its lees, so as to enhance the fragrant aromas and promote the formation of a fine and persistent perlage.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 6°C
Pairings: excellent as an aperitif, it accompanies seafood dishes, shellfish, fried fish and vegetables. Interesting on fresh cheeses.

ARENU - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Straw color with greenish reflections, intense, bright and warm. Consistent. Delicate scent, with floral and vegetable tones of Mediterranean scrub and notes of summer fruits. On the palate the typical varietal notes of softness of the grape variety are balanced by vivid freshness and minerality.
Grape varieties: 100% Vermentino
Fermentation: the must obtained after soft pressing ferments in stainless steel tanks at 18-20 °C, in order to preserve the rich complexity of the aromas.
Aging: 5 months of stay on its lees with repeated batonnage to put the fine lees back into suspension.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 12°C
Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, it is the natural accompaniment of seafood products, light dishes based on white meat and medium-aged cheeses.

“I SYMBOLS” CANNONAU - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt. Intense ruby
red color with a purple nail; fresh scent of aromatic herbs, with notes of ripe berries. The taste is pleasant, savory, with elegant tannins, good structure and body, long persistence.
Grape varieties: 100% Cannonau
Fermentation: after de-rasping-pressing the must ferments for about 20 days at 26-28°C with frequent pumping over and punching in stainless steel tanks in contact with the skins; malolactic steel and stay on fine lees for at least five months.
Aging in French wood for 3 months and subsequent aging in bottle.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairings: With tasty or spicy first courses, grilled or braised red meats, roasts and game, tasty or seasoned cheeses.

Only native cultivars, grown with espalier or sapling, of rare intensity and complexity, in a unique territory where vineyards have always coexisted with the Mediterranean scrub, olive trees and fruit trees. An oenological journey inspired by the desire to explore the great potential of the production of noble wines for which the best cultivation techniques and winemaking. Low yields per hectare, manual harvest, strict cluster controls characterize the work in the vineyard which is followed by the attention placed in the cellar to the subsequent phases of pressing, fermentation and aging during which, for each wine, rules and times governed by modern technologies and ancient wisdom are followed. This is the story of our land, this is the story of Tenuta L'Ariosa.
