His Signoria by Briziarelli is a white wine made from 100% Trebbiano grapes. After the harvest, a part of the grapes was dried naturally, pressed and left to macerate overnight. The must was then fermented in first passage barriques for 4 months. The remaining part was delicately pressed and, after fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel containers, it was left in contact with the lees for 6 months. After blending, the wine ages in the bottle for a few months before being released on the market.
HIS LORDAGE BRIZIARELLI: TASTING
His Signoria di Briziarelli presents an intense straw yellow color. On the nose it releases aromas of tropical yellow fruits, wild flowers, aromatic herbs and citrus fruits. On the palate it is fresh and intense, with a strong minerality. The finish of broom and lemon blossom is pleasant. At the table it goes well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious seafood recipes based on white fish, molluscs and crustaceans.
