The Prosecco Casa Canevel Extra Dry from Canevel is part of the Casa Canevel line that brings together the company's everyday labels. Tradition and innovation have been the guiding principles for forty years. The Caramel family, which founded the company in Valdobbiadene in 1979, remains today, even after the acquisition by Masi Agricola in 2016, with Carlo Caramel as a shareholder and as a guarantor of the values underlying the Canevel brand.

Best enjoyed in the late summer afternoon, well chilled, with stuffed zucchini flowers with ricotta, fried anchovies and mint, or with a fragrant beef tartare and tzatziki sauce, or even with a delicate warm seafood salad.
