A wine of great structure, personality and depth. Our mostly clayey territory is an excellent habitat for Merlot, which best expresses its sensory characteristics here. A triumph of licorice, mint and undergrowth, with still raw meat and black berries. Suitable for important occasions and for meals based on red meats, game or all aged cheeses with strong and decisive flavors.
