Large-sized grain with a high percentage of amylose that ensures low stickiness and excellent cooking resistance, qualities that make it the ideal ingredient for risottos and salads.
VENERE WHOLE GRAIN RICE - 2 bags of 1 kg
Rice with naturally black-colored grains with an intense aroma of hazelnuts and spices. It is suitable for all preparations with vegetables, fish, seafood, and shellfish or for sides and salads.
