It is a japonica type rice, "long A" group, renowned for being the variety that rivals Carnaroli: particularly abroad, it is associated with the idea of risotto. It has a large grain, with a good percentage of amylose, medium stickiness, and good resistance to cooking. It is very suitable for the preparation of risottos, soups, salads, and pies.
ERMES RED WHOLE GRAIN RICE - 2 bags of 1 kg
Grain with a naturally red color and an intense aroma of wheat. It is suitable for vegetable preparations, side dishes, salads, and fillings.
