The Sauvignon Sanct Valentin di San Michele Appiano is obtained from 100% sauvignon grapes grown on gravelly limestone soil in the areas of Appiano al Monte and San Michele, in the province of Bolzano, at an altitude of 400-600 meters above sea level. The refinement process took place for a few months in steel and 10% in oak barrels. Award-winning and much loved even beyond the border, Sauvignon is the spearhead of the Sanct Valentin line which includes wines born from the best company vineyards that stand out for their elegance and aging potential.

The Sauvignon Sanct Valentin from San Michele Appiano shines with a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose there are intense aromas of elderflowers, gooseberries, yellow pulp fruit and aromatic herbs. A wine with a warm and full body, it is mineral and extraordinarily fruity on the sip. Long and enveloping persistence. At the table it pairs well with seafood dishes, especially with tasty grilled fish, or with vegetable-based recipes.
