Guru is produced in Cima Corgo, it is a very elegant wine, has aromas of grapefruit and mineral notes. Balanced and with an excellent finish, long and refreshing.
Package: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grape varieties: Guoveio, Viosinho, Rabigato and Còdega do Larinho grown in a vineyard over 50 years of age.
Vinification: the grapes were selected, de-stemmed and then crushed in a pneumatic press. It ferments in new French wooden barrels at low temperatures for 4 weeks, with aging always in wood for another 5 months with bâtonnage.

The picturesque vineyards of Wine&Soul are located in Pinhão, in the heart of the Alto Douro Valley, one of the oldest wine-growing regions in the world, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Pinhão overlooks the banks of the Douro, a river that crosses Spain and northern Portugal, flowing into the Atlantic Ocean, near the city of Porto. Wine & Soul is recently founded, by Jorge Serôdio Borges and his wife Sandra Tavares da Silva, two of the most celebrated oenologists in Portugal, moved by the desire to channel their passion and experience in a cellar they own, capable of offering high quality wines international, obtained from the traditional varieties of the Douro Valley.
