Santi's Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry is made with grapes selected in the suitable municipality of San Pietro in Feletto on hilly terrain with a well-ventilated microclimate. As with the other company labels, the winemaking takes place traditionally: manual harvesting, first fermentation in steel, second fermentation in an autoclave. The Santi winery has been part of the Italian Wine Group since 1974, whose mission is to promote Italian beauty, taste and style worldwide, through the quality and variety of the country's best wines, respecting the values of the territory and social sustainability and environmental.
PROSECCO VALDOBBIADENE SUPERIORE MILLESIMATO EXTRA DRY SANTI: TASTING
Santi's Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore Millesimato Extra Dry has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a minute and persistent perlage. The nose abounds with aromas of apple, pear, ripe white peach accompanied by floral hints of wisteria and hawthorn. On the palate it is fragrant and balanced, with a pleasantly fresh and persistent finish. Perfect aperitif, it can also happily accompany legume soups, for example red lentils.
