This product range combines compact dimensions with the refined design recognizable in all our slicers made of soft lines, absence of edges, high-performance materials and all the details in the characteristic Berkel red.

• Continuous profile blade cover that ensures uniform slice thickness

• Completely sealed IP67 control panel and food-grade silicone seals on every exposed part
• Blade opening knob with 14 millimeter positions for perfect adjustment
• Steel guard with easy magnetic attachment
