Ingredients: Wheat flour, fresh eggs, sultanas, BUTTER, sourdough (WHEAT flour, water), candied citrus peels (orange peel of Sicily and diamond cedar, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, lemon juice concentrate), sugar, citrus paste (orange, cedar, lemon and late tangerine peel of Ciaculli, glucose syrup-fructose, sugar, lemon juice, acidifier: citric acid), emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids of plant origin, fresh egg yolk, whole MILK, glucose syrup, natural flavors, salt, skimmed MILK powder.
Contains: eggs, milk, wheat (gluten), May contain almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and soybeans.
Shelf life: The product retains its characteristics for 7 months in its original packaging.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and direct light.

Panettone, Pandoro and Scarpato Dove. The law says that in order to be called panettone, a product must be made with sourdough. For this reason, in Scarpato we use only natural yeast from a white mother, handed down since 1888 and refreshed every day of the year by our pastry chefs, with the addition of water and flour, to always give new nourishment to the microorganisms that release the natural components and create the dough to rise.
