The Carterìa vineyard extends for 3 hectares in the Valgella subarea at 500 m above sea level; the name comes from a small hamlet of the municipality of Teglio, where the Fay family has always owned their own plots.
In Carterìa the company started the merging and replanting work that continued in the following years.
Package: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grape varieties: 100% Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca).
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks; malolactic fermentation and aging for 12 months in 30 Hl barrels and small 500 lt oak barrels. Aging in bottle for 18 months.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
