Grapes: 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot.Vinification: the hand-harvested grapes are gently de-stemmed and then fermented using only the yeasts naturally present on the grapes, with skin contact for about 20 days.Color: intense ruby redAroma: on the nose, it is fruity, intense, sweet with typical notes of ripe cabernet that give the wine a strong identity and personality typical of the great red wines of Bolgheri.Taste: Donne Fittipaldi Superior is a wine of great complexity and structure. In the mouth, the tannins are smooth, silky, and seductive with great sweetness and harmony. The varietal notes stand out, allowing for a long and persistent taste finish.Alcohol content: 14%Serving temperature: 15-16°CPairings: excellent with important red meat dishes and aged cheeses, perfect with game and roasts.
