A rarity in the wine world, this sparkling wine obtained from the vinification of Prosecco grapes, produced in the limited hilly area of Valdobbiadene (104 hectares total) called Cartizze.
Cartizze Foss Marai has an intense scent of wisteria flowers, with hints of rose. The taste is proposed, rich and varied, not cloying.
Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt
Alcohol content: 11% Vol.
Acidity: 5.5-6 g/l
Sugar residue: 26-28 g/l
Serving temperature: 8-10° C
Pairings: Excellent both as an aperitif and for the whole meal, however, always up to every occasion.
