This wine is born from a unique method, the "ripasso," which involves passing the young Valpolicella over the pomace of Amarone. This process enriches the wine with structure, complexity, and intense aromas, giving it a unique character. The grapes used are mainly Corvina and Rondinella, grown in the hilly vineyards of Valpolicella Classica, where the microclimate and calcareous-clayey soil impart a distinctive personality to the wines. After fermentation and ripasso, the wine is aged in oak barrels, developing elegance and depth.
