The choice to use exclusively Sangiovese, the symbol grape of Tuscany, reflects the company's desire to maintain the identity of the territory intact. The vinification occurs in a traditional manner, with fermentation in steel followed by aging in Slavonian oak barrels for about 12 months. This process enhances the typical characteristics of Sangiovese, such as vibrant acidity and elegant tannins, offering a balanced wine rich in nuances. The Chianti Colli Senesi Berardenga stands out for its aging potential, gaining further complexity over time.
