Bevar's Prosecco Millesimato Brut 2021 is made from 100% Glera grapes coming from vineyards exposed to North-South and grown in Sylvoz on calcareous soils with a good presence of skeleton and organic substance. The production process took place according to the rules of the Charmat or Martinotti method for which the sparkling phase takes place in an autoclave. The Brut type indicates that the sugar content of the wine is between 6 and 12 grams/litre. PROSECCO MILLESIMATO BRUT 2021 BEVAR: TASTING Bevar's Prosecco Millesimato Brut 2021 offers a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose it shows fruity aromas of rennet apple and slightly unripe pear. Soft and harmonious with its fine perlage it offers fascinating taste sensations. Ideal as an aperitif at the table, it pairs well with cheeses and vegetarian dishes as well as delicious seafood preparations.
