The Moscato d'Asti by Saracco is made from 100% Moscato Bianco grapes from Canelli, grown in vineyards located in the areas of Castiglione Tinella, Santo Stefano Belbo, Castagnole Lanze, and Calosso. After harvesting, the grapes are subjected to soft pressing to retain the most aromatic part of the grape juice present in the outer area of the berry. After controlled temperature fermentation and sparkling production, the wine is microfiltered and bottled to ensure maximum freshness and aromaticity.
MOSCATO D'ASTI SARACCO: TASTING
The Moscato d'Asti by Saracco presents in the glass a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections, enlivened by a fine perlage. On the nose, it releases intense aromas of orange blossoms, yellow-fleshed fruits intertwined with subtle hints of aromatic herbs. The palate is elegant and pleasant, enhanced by an undeniable balance between sweetness and acidity, typical of great Moscato. At the table, at the end of the meal, it pairs well with dry pastries, tarts, and fruit cakes as well as with opulent blue cheeses.
