Caprai's Sagrantino Montefalco 25 anni was created to celebrate the company's quarter of a century, in 1993, and over the years it has become a symbol and a repeatedly appreciated label. It's pure Sagrantino, what better way for Arnaldo and Marco to glorify this first part of the journey? The grapes are vinified with cutting-edge methods in the cellar completely renovated in 1997, and always updated according to eco-sustainability parameters. The wine then ages for 24 months in French oak barriques and at least 8 months in the bottle, before being released on the market.
