- Charge your device using the supplied USB cable.
- Clean your skin and apply a generous amount of oil or body lotion to help the device glide over your skin.
- Before each use, insert a filter with the help of tweezers and apply the cap. Insert the second filter to prevent the lotion from entering the massager.
- Press the power button; use the left arrow to select the desired heat level and the right arrow to select the desired suction level.
- IMPORTANT NOTE: start the massage with the lowest suction level and gradually increase it according to your needs; the magnetotherapy function is continuous.
- Glide the massager over the skin with slow, continuous movements up and down the legs, buttocks, waist, abdomen and arms.
- Once the massage is finished, turn off the device: it features an automatic switch-off after 25 minutes of use.
- Remove the filters and clean them with warm water after each use; let them air dry before using them again.
